Onshore Whitewater....

Got pretty hopeful, looking at all the forecasts, and the webcams from this morning I headed down to Gwithian to take a look and was somewhat surprised to find only one sailor out (Thor), looked much smaller than I had expected , very offshore and very gusty.

Early Morning at Gwithian

Met up with Simon in the car park and shared a coffee, it transpired that everyone else had decided to check out another break elsewhere so we decided to get a sail in at Marazion where there was more wind, even if it was onshore.

Seemed there were a few sailors out at Marazion including, Dale, Martin and Chris, so rigged up the 5.8 and FSW as it was very onshore and didn't want to be underpowered, and well I wasn't, managed to lose my kit on the first run out which left me swimming after it, still it warmed me up and had a pretty good sail even if I was dissapointed it wasn't x-off gwithian.
